Acceptance

By using Synthétique software or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

Licence

Synthétique grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased software on your personal devices. Each licence key permits activation on up to 3 devices.

You may:

• Use the software for personal and commercial music production
• Install on up to 3 devices you own
• Create and distribute music made with the software without restriction

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicence the software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software (except as permitted by law)
• Share licence keys with others
• Use the software in a way that violates applicable laws

App Store Terms

Software purchased via the Apple App Store is additionally governed by Apple's Standard EULA and App Store terms of service.

Intellectual Property

All Synthétique software, branding, and content are protected by copyright. Music and sounds you create using our software are entirely yours.

Limitation of Liability

Synthétique software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our software. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
